An encore ('än-"kor) is a performance that is demanded by an audience after an artist performs his last piece. It is usually the best part of the performance, and is the one piece that fully satisfies the audience and completes the show's experience. At Encore Dessertery, our goal is to complete your dining experience. We believe that each meal should be followed by an encore, because there's always room for a little more.
Encore desserts are all delicately folded (a cooking term that means "to cut and mix lightly to keep as much air in the mixture as possible.") with the utmost care to ensure that the cake maintains the best quality and texture that makes each slice crumble in your mouth, opening up to a symphony of flavors that can only be the result of the careful mixing of the best ingredients put together.
We treat each item as our masterpiece, using only the best and the freshest ingredients available and elegantly placing them in white boxes with our signature logo and a gold ribbon. Our cakes are baked fresh as the orders come to maintain the quality, so please order at least 1-2 days in advance. We want to make sure that each one surpasses your expectations and always leaves you satisfied and wanting for more!
Encore desserts may be delivered for free within Metro Manila with a minimum purchase of Php1,500. Otherwise, your orders may also be picked up at certain pick up points in Quezon City, Greenhills, Ortigas and Makati. You may also have them delievered for a fee of Php150 (Metro Manila only).
